It is a privilege to work with individuals in healing their bodies and minds through psychotherapy and yoga. Psychotherapy explores how you arrived at this point in your journey, helps you to identify stuck patterns and habits, unveils your hopes and dreams, and assists you in pursuing a more joyful, balanced, fulfilling life.  Coaching can be a helpful approach for those that have done some inner work, and are looking for support in making concrete changes in their lives.

Yoga can complement psychotherapy, or can offer its own path to healing. Through body and breath awareness, Susan assists you in centering your mind, deepening your breath, and building strength and flexibility. Classes are fun, energetic, and complemented with inspiring music and poetry.
